What to send to Djibouti

Camp Lemonniere has very good living conditions and amenities so often it's best to ask before you send anything to your favorite person deployed this way.  There are also many charities we support from here to include schools and orphanages so school supplies and baby items as well as childrens clothes are always welcome by the different voluteer groups here.  If you send them to me or the Chaplains office they will get delivered for sure.

Most internet sites deliver to FPO AE addresses and it only takes about 2 weeks to get here but some of the things I have missed personally are:
- Pictures (not digital) to make my CLU and office more like home.
- My favorite Jiff Crunchy Peanut Butter
- Daily facial cleansing towelettes
- Protein bars in many varieties since most ordering is by the box
- Good coffee be it grounds or Via instant by Starbucks.  The Galley coffee is questionable at best.
- Crest whitening strips and other cosmetics beyond the basics.
- Good cigars
- bath matts and small rugs to make the CLUs more comfortable
- Stick on hooks for extra storage and drying items

I'll add more as I think of them.
