Overnight Diving in the Gulf of Tadjoura

First Dive we saw a very large sea turtle at close range sitting on the sea floor.  He eventually swam away due to all of our gawking

almost always surrounded by swarms of fish for all 3 daylight dives

Clown fish in their anemone

Setting up camp before the night dive

My hooch for the night

The gang....mostly Texas Guard....they are awesome and will be missed when they rotate out!

My obligatory boat driving for the trip.

The crack of Djibouti.  Its a poor picture at 105 feet depth. It is the seperation between the African and Middle Eastern Techtonic plates forming the African Rift Valley as it goes South into the continent.

More Clown Fish!!

Fourth and last dive then time to head home with a beer on deck.
